  I love the selection here now that they've expanded. There's great stuff and the staff is knowledgeable. It was a long wait to get someone to help me today, but I'm hoping that's just the holiday season.

  Not a fancy store, but it has anything needed for serious computers used for gaming or working. Staff was helpful in pointing me to a computer chair that would better suit my needs than the one I was intending on buying. My only gripe is the no return policy on the chair I bought. If something was missing from the box or a piece was broken. I would have been pretty much out of luck. Still a good store with good selection.

  A terrible experience, they do not stand behind what they sell and do the bare minimum. Bought a new system with 3 failed components so far, cost me an additional $130 and much time and effort to sort out, and from the manager got, "well, that's inconvenient." Then told me it is not his responsibility where I live! However, tech support guys were very helpful. Do not buy anything here.

  Went there to order an Aorus x299 motherboard for 750$ more then a month ago. I called today for an eta, result: they said they haven't even shipped it yet... the new eta is about 2 more weeks... which is after a demo I was supposed to do... Isn't it great. Plus, with the fact the I had to pay the full amount when I ordered it meand that I am already paying interest on it while I'm not even close to having it... Again, great...
