  Best vet ever! I used to go to the place on St. Joseph and for years they told me my cat had allergies. Turns out, it was never allergies but a skin fungus that could be transferred to humans! Vet diagnosed it on our first visit and gave us an antifungal cream. After a week, it was gone and we never saw it again on our cat. On top of that, my cat had renal failure and with the help of the dedicated team at this hospital, we managed to reverse it completely. We had to switch my cat from foods 3 times and the team were patient, and reimbursed us on all the food he didn't take to. Now at 14 yrs old, my cat is perfectly healthy and acting like a kitten, playing and purring all the time. I cannot thank this team enough for their tremendous work, their dedication and care. I highly recommend this place to anyone!! Did I mention they are open on Sundays :)

  Had an emergency with my German Shepherd and was seen immediately when our vet didn't care enough to see her. Caring and compassionate vet and vet techs. Less expensive than the one down the street.

  They receptionist is nice and so is the vet but they don't have enough people to take care of the amount of customers that come in. They also try to somewhat rush you after the work is done, even if you still have questions that need to be answered. The receptionist forgot to clip my kittens nail after I told her twice and began serving another customer...

  Every time I ask for my pets prescription to be filled, it takes days or it isn't ready period after I call it in a week before. They say they will ask the vet, and call me back and they never do.Yet I walk into the clinic which is EMPTY and the staff are either texting, or taking personal calls. I have seen this each time I visit. The vet has my pet on the exam table and asks me "is it a boy or a girl" ? UM. You're a vet. You should know. I also found the vet uninformative and creeped out my pet. No thanks. Worst service I have had in 9 years.

  Great, fast service. Our Canary was injured and they treated him quickly, and made clear how to give the medication. They were friendly and the price was great, while most vets will take you for all you're worth. It's also open 7 days a week, so they won't ever let you down when your pet is in need. Overall great, the only problem is it's small, so they can't handle a lot of pets at once. Still, a great place if your pet is ever sick or injured.
