  The food was terrible. I didn't know there could be such a thing as inedible chicken nuggets but I couldn't get myself to eat 2 of them. The food was hot but I doubt it was fresh. The fries, though hot, tasted stale. I will probably never return to that location if ever to BK again.

  Consistent service and food. Great special on Wednesday. Try drive through as line up inside can be long.

  When I arrived, there was no one at any cash register to serve me. They were all serving the drive through. One lady came around, looks at me and the two other customers that were waiting , doesn't aknowledge us in the least, turns around and heads back to the kitchen. One customer actually said"now that's rude",and walked out. Indeed it was rude and then some. I would've walked out as well but I was too hungry. Then, finally, after about another 5 minutes, someone barely speaking English comes to the cash to serve me. She apologized and said computer problem. Totally unacceptable costumer service, and to boot, the fries were cold and chicken sandwich was lukewarm. I will never return to this location again. If I could rate it Zero, I would. Very disappointed. Should of got a refund for my cold. And I am a huge Burger King fan.

  I we y in BK at about 2:00pm boy I got good service for s moment I forgot was I in a big restaurant the cashier first greeted with a big smile an hello she took my order with and suggested us and order was placed coffee was my ready she advised me to sit and be comfortable and index minutes other brought my coffee at my desk boy I felt I was in a five star restaurant. After finishing my meal at our exit three girls said 'Thanks for coming and come again have a good day' where in fast food you hear this. I wish to thank all the staff for being so nice next Friday I am going back kindly give my thanks and regards to all he staff. By the way tie location. Is BK on tenth road one in orleans Ontario. Keep up put the good standard. Thanks BK. Emran Sheikh.

  I went to the driver through two days in a row. Both days served by the same angry lady. No lines ups, no urgency, just me forgetting to tell her I was using a coupon before I placed my order. When I got to the window she seemed annoyed ,upset and rude because I didn't know I had to tell her prior. That was the first day, the second day I told her I was using a coupon but it was not good enough for her because I was not able to rip the coupon from the flyer fast enough. A person that worried about loosing their job or is trying to keep it does not act like that. Perhaps its a family and friends run business. If you are management and reading this, you need to teach a thing called customer service to your employees. And btw, getting your friends and family to right you good reviews to cover up your garbage service only works for a while. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS GARBAGE LOCATION.
