    Very friendly staff. If they don't have the size/colour etc you are looking for, they will check at all other stores in the city. They will also make sure to call and have them put it aside for you so you don't waste the trip. Although busy this time of year, they were still going out of their way to be pleasant and helpful.

    I have been a customer of SoftMoc in Orleans Shopping Centre for quite some time. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have had absolutely no problems there!

    The worst place in the mall to shop for shoes, alongside the staff that make you incredibly uncomfortable; after numerous visits I avoid Soft Moc at all costs...
