  Had a great experience getting my nails done here, shellac lasted 3 weeks. Second time I went back shellac only lasted 9 days. Paid nearly 100$ with tip and was very disappointed. My mom and I went at the same time, got the same colour and her nails only lasted 7 days! Perhaps it was the paint? Called to let them know, they kindly said they would call me back but never did. Loved going there, staff was great but not worth the money for only having my shellac nails last 9 days.

  Excellent staff, service and atmosphere. I had Gabriella and she gave me the absolute best manicure and pedicure that I've gotten in ages. She was attentive, polite and truly excellent at what she does. They've got a repeat customer in me for sure.

  Top rated staff, service, atmosphere. Excellent management. I enjoy every moment of the time spent at Ezcape Spa. I love the pampering. I never feel rushed. My favourite hang out.

  I would like to say though, that Katharine is an AMAZING stylist and very kind person. She does excellent work and would open up a spot for me in her schedule if I needed last-minute care.

  Unfortunately, my last three visits were enough for me to look elsewhere. My last two massages were NOT a full 60-minutes, despite me being early. My third (and last) time was a facial that really hurt my face. I am not shy and spoke up about these concerns. Nothing was done.

  I used to adore this place - the colours and decor are great, the staff are so, so lovely. They accommodate you at every turn. I always felt great when I came to Ezcape...massages, manis, pedis, body treatments...I tried them all.

  Very peaceful with a touch of elegance...except for the ceiling in one of the rooms. Skills have improved from a few years ago, considerably. Prices are a bit high for Orleans....because - only people who have gone through a FULL diploma program are considered for employment here. Very gentle service, so tranquil and luxurious. Excellent for Bridal Parties and they have wonderful PROM packages. Full hair services onsite. Very high standards, and very clean. This spa exudes elegance and competency. Btw, I have seen more and more men coming in for waxing, pedicures and massages over the past few years.
