    Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! Called and asked them to reserve me a 10x10 unit was the last one the man said sure no problem took Down my info only for me to get there and have him say sorry I just sold it... After he knew I was going there to rent it and said he would hold it. Poor customer service would never recommend this place to anyone. Go to dynom storage spend the extra but get taken care of properly!!!! This place is a joke!

    Mixed experience. Staff was very helpful with reserving a room for me in advance and when one unit had a door problem, they quickly found me another. Storage space was clean and secure. Charges were exactly as promised and with proper notice, no unexpected charges upon termination. The sole issue I had was in getting a copy of the lease agreement. I was promised a copy via email and despite three or four written requests, it never came. This left us with an uneasy feeling and we terminated lease primarily due to this factor.
