    I LOVE going to Michael's. It's my own version of a candy store. I go in just to browse and always come out with products. If you go in looking for something specific however, don't base your going in or not on their website or app inventory as in my experience, they have proven to be wrong more often than not.

    I like this store for the most part. I did have a negative experience with one of their employees once which was completely uncalled for. I requested help to find a product and was rudely snuffed off twice by the same staff member. A few weeks later my daughter and I were there and my daughter found the product I was looking for even though I was rudely told that if I didn't find it where they had pointed to (across the store) then they don't carry that product. Most staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately the bad apples tend to be remembered more.

    Great deals with coupons and they take them on a cell phone so super convenient!
