    I wasn't happy with my cellphone and wanted to exchange it. I made some phone calls because I was told it wasn't possible. I talked to someone on customer service to be able to fix my issue. On the phone, they fixed everything. Came back to this location and even tho I spoke with Virgin Mobile's customer service line, the employes in the store spoke with the customer service line to have confirmation and everything was fix! They were extremely nice to me, very professional. I was really happy with the service and I'm grateful for how they helped me fix everything! I was impressed by their attitudes towards my problem and how well my issue was handled!

    Very very bad service, customer service so so rude!! rip off money with customers... unbelievable!!! thanks god I'm not with them anymore.

    I've had bad experiences with the company itself but never with this location or their staff. The staff have always been nice and very helpful.
