  Enjoyed shopping there but i have always found the bakery section to have poor selection, most things are days old. Recently opened up the fridge in the dairy section to find several packages of sliced cheese covered in mold and now my latest purchase i cut open my squash to find maggots/worms in it. I don't think i will return, it appears that the departments are not well managed.

  Also, this is the only major grocery store in North America without baskets. You have carts, or as I do it, my own reusable bags. Not sure if store policy allows you to use your own bags in store, but then I guess they should get baskets.

  Produce is never as fresh as other stores. Love the price matching. Some of the taster staff was surprisingly rude, now I just walk by and never sample. Good store overall

  It's a great store with great products. However, they are poorly arranged for peak traffic. You can't have more than three carts in most lines before hitting shelves. Needs more space at the front, or should use the common line method up the centre aisle.

  Love that they do price matching and love the PC points program. The new Click and collect service is also super convenient, but I find that they are often out of stock on their flyer products ( no matter what time of the week you go) and their produce is hit and miss. Still, this is my go-to grocery store.

  This is the second time a cashier refuses to help me bag my things. He basically chucked the bags on top of my food. I can't imagine if i was an older person with a disability. This time his name was "May". Its a shame cause they have a good selection of food except although being slightly overpriced. They don't accept American Express which is odd. I recommend if you new in Orleans to go to the Sobeys on Innes and Trim. They have better service and there food is fresher.
