  Terrible customer service. Called twice in which my information (both email and phone number) were left and no one ever returned my calls.

  The woman who was supposed to assist us could not have been less helpful. My wife and I admittedly only had a small window to travel, but that is why we decided to use a travel agent. She was very rude about the fact that we wanted to travel after the end of the season, very rude that we "Weren't very flexible on dates." It was the exact opposite of what we thought a travel agent would be. We ended up leaving after the travel agent literally threw her arms in the air saying she couldn't help us. We went over to Flight Center and were helped by a woman whose shift (we found out later) had ended 45 minutes early, yet took the time to show us some books and help us plan a trip.

  Horrible service or NON service!! Went in to get quotes for a river cruise. After 1 hr I still had no firm dates/pricing! I was told they would call me with proper quotes. A week later and I had no call back. I called in and was told they'd call back soon and no call back again.
