  4 years ago, Arwen, my new golden retriever puppy needed some vet care. I had never tried the Orleans Veterinary Hospital and they were the only ones open nearby. The staff and care were amazing! Dr. Kris saw her that first time and she has NEVER given me a hard time going in. From the Reception staff to the Docs, it is the best facility that I have ever seen.

  They are informative and the shop in the office contains toys that my cat adores. The prices were reasonable and Fawkes has been happy and healthy. I will take him here for his next appointment as I was so pleased with the quality of care and service he received.

  So far, Arwen has seen nearly every doctor and technician on staff and they are ALL world class caregivers.

  I have taken my new kitten, Fawkes, to get his boosters and rabies vaccines here. Both times they were quick, professional and very friendly. Fawkes was a bit nervous the second time but the Vet Tech and Assistant knew just how to handle him to get the shots done with quickly and with minimal amount of stress to my pet.

  Very friendly & experienced vets that make you feel comfortable and sure that your dogs are in good hands, which is very important! Very clean, and a nice small store with pet essentials and more.

  I'd like to add a bit: Arwen just went through an emergency lumpectomy (big dog...big lump) Dr Als and the staff did amazing work and as always, show that they care as much about our familiars as we do ourselves.
